Recently some guest bloggers approached us and told us that we would like to post some guest blogs and get our profiles and 2 links each out of each article.

We welcomed the idea and would like to make it official as well.

So all of the bloggers around the world are welcomed to post any kind of health article related to fitness, or disease or aging or health conditions or healthy foods, nourishment etc.

There are simple rules which we have kept for all of our blog articles:

1. The article has to be unique. We don’t want Google to penalize us for these guest blog articles which might be picked from some other article or blog site. It has to be uniquely written.

2. The article shouldn’t contain outright advertisement or branding of any product however we allow subtle suggestions made for any health treatment and then stating your product as a good thing to be used.

3. Not more than 2 external links are allowed for the blog articles.

4. There are no rules for how big the article should be. However anything less than 200 words doesn’t make sense.

5. Lastly it is obvious it has to be related to health.
