Simply amazing set of business cards!
Those are some cool business cards. I wanted to go with the transparent plastic for my own design, but either it was too expensive or there was nowhere that provided that kind of card.

Although all of these cards are definitely cool, I’d imagine some of them are fairly expensive to produce. This is the fourth such list I’ve seen today and yet none have shown a dollar bill business card. Now, those are really cool… and they’re not expensive either!

I don’t get it.
Most of these business cards (such as the connected matters card at the beginning) are really simple and basic, nothing “cool” about them.
At least, in my opinion.

I like the Estetic Cabinet cards – how one side kind of bleeds over to the other is great. Two-sided business cards are becoming the norm now, as these examples show. Many of the business cards here are simple in design, but use color very well. I don’t think the odd shaped ones will be kept by many people because it’s been shown that business cards of traditional size are more easily slipped into the wallet or Rolodex. This Design & Print blog post has good info about mistakes to avoid when designing business cards.

Best list I’ve seen yet. These are real cards instead of some of the ‘objects’ you see that are more like trade show giveaways. You’re really showing a great deal of creativity here!

There are some cool examples of business card printing here, but I’m not completely convinced by the more ‘non-standard’ ones. They look good, but would the fit in someone’s business card holder?

Some cool designs there. My favourite were the Dreamten Studios ones.
I really like the examples of business cards above, whenever i design one i have the urge to adapt the shape of the card, in order to make an impact, but the examples above have demonstrated that with just typography and a unique idea, you can produce an impacting design.
With the right business card, they can be far more effective than any large billboard (ya know, the massive business cards), but vastly cheaper. Its amazing what a tiny piece of paper can do.

Abgesehen davon, daß ich aus dem Lachen gestern nicht mehr raus kam, fand ich die Kommentare auf dem Vodafone Blog auch sehr moderat. Immerhin bis Seite 7 habe ich mich durckgeklickt und das war besser als Harald Schmidt. Die Kommentare sprühten vor dem, was man bei Vodafone so völlig vermisst: Witz und Esprit.
