A few years ago, I worked at a print shop, and we had a huge Roland printer, we did a lot of vinyl graphics and we would go through huge ink toners. One day we thought instead of throwing them away, we would always have a small amount of residue so we tried extracting that by smashing the toner on paper.
For those who don’t know, iGoogle is a personal customized version of a Google search page. You can add in gadgets (rss feeds, games, weather etc. ) and of course personalize the look of the page with a theme.
I have recently found some textures in my old files, I used to collect these things like crazy, up until it become so easy to find and download on the internet.

I have always loved using spray paint textures in photoshop and illustrator. One day I decided to get some old spray cans and just spray at different angles, distances on white paper, and then just scanned in.
